OUR LOCAL AREA
Red Beach School is a school about 30 minutes north of Auckland city. It is situated on the stunning Hibiscus Coast and Whangaparaoa peninsula, which is surrounded by picturesque beaches. Our local environment offers unique lifestyle and includes a wide range of outdoor activities such as safe swimming,
fishing and surfing. In close proximity is Snow Planet, great shopping, and quick access to the motorway. Shakespear Regional Park is situated at the end of the peninsula, which has plenty of walking tracks and impressive views of the city. Gulf Harbour at the end of the peninsula offers ferry transport, not only to the city but to our famous Tiritiri Matangi, an open nature reserve in the Hauraki Gulf. It is well known for its bird life; takahē, North Island kōkako and kiwi. Many opportuniti
