From the Principal
Dear parents and caregivers,
We are really looking forward to our Matariki celebrations tonight, however, the weather is looking a little unpredictable, we will email all family's at 2.15 this afternoon with a decision as to whether we continue with celebrations tonight or postpone to tomorrow. Soup is cooking, don't forget your mug.
Huge congratulations to our Community Committee team who along with some members of staff hosted two fun filled discos on Friday. See below.
We have had some staffing changes this term. In Term 3 we will welcome Aimee Quinlan, teaching in the Motuora Special Needs Unit. We welcomed back Mrs Price to Room 29 as Emily Denly left to have her baby boy, warm congratulations to Emily and whānau.
We will also be welcoming back Kate Winiana part time for the remainder of the year as our Ange Hampton will be moving into Room 11 for a new, New Entrant class. We also welcome two new Teacher Assistants, Cushla Summers in mainstream and Carla Bertoldi in the Unit.
